Aly Raisman Bares Cleavage In Bikini

Retired Olympian Aly Raisman is now a wellness and mental health advocate, and she uses her social media platforms, including Instagram, to spread the word. Since her retirement, there have been fewer swimwear and leotard posts from the former pro athlete, but that hasn't stopped her fans from reminiscing on the old times.

One fan shared a picture of her in a black plunging neckline swimwear during her Maxim Magazine photoshoot.

Something Old For The Fans

Raisman wore a black plunging neckline one-piece swimwear exposing her full cleavage and parts of her upper belly. The leather fabric clung to her skin, accentuating her curves while she struck a pose on the beach. Her brown side-swept hair flew in the breeze despite being straightened, and she wore a timid smile.

Raisman gets her body in shape with yoga routines and lightweight exercises. Earlier this year, she shared a picture of herself hitting a donkey kick stretch and happy that she's still got it.

A Sit Down With Serena Williams

Raisman is not afraid of having serious conversations about social issues and mental awareness. She sat down with Serena Williams to talk about dealing with migraines at the peak of their careers. June is Migraine and Headache Awareness Month, and they teamed up with Ubrevly, saying,

"Even at the top of our games, [we] battled the same opponent for years — #migraine attacks. Like many people living with migraine, we just powered through the pain. That’s why for Migraine and Headache Awareness Month, we’re sharing our storiesTalking About Fertility

Raisman also shed light on fertility challenges amongst women of all ages in partnership with Modern Fertility. She said that as an athlete, learning about one's body is better than leaving it as a mystery and regretting it later. The wellness advocate asked,

"Shouldn’t we all feel comfortable talking and getting the information we need about our bodies, our fertility hormones, and our reproductive health?"Advocating Mental Awareness And Building Real Connections

During Mental Health Awareness Month in May, Raisman spoke about embracing mindfulness and taking breaks from social media. She took her advice and reduced her online content coming out only when necessary, as most of her posts contain ads now.

Instead, Raisman prefers personal, intimate connections and building lasting friendships like the one she has with Simone Biles. The ladies met up for drinks recently to discuss Simone's upcoming wedding.
