Ben Flanagan qualifies for Olympics, fellow runner Marco Arop lowers Canadian record

Ben Flanagan of Kitchener, Ont., set a personal best of 13:04.62 indoors on Friday in Boston to meet the automatic entry standard in the men’s 5,000 metres for the Paris Olympics this summer. The next day, Marco Arop lowered his Canadian record in the 800.
