Canadian Olympic boxing hopefuls poised to benefit from traditional powers in decline at Pan Am Games

A male boxer wearing red is seen with both of his arms up as he celebrates a win. A female official is lifting one of his arms, as another male boxer, wearing blue, is seen in her other side.

When the Pan Am Games boxing tournament kicks off Oct. 19, Canada will field a full slate of competitors. Thirteen Canadian boxers are scheduled to make the trip to Santiago, Chile, one for each weight class in both gender categories.
