CORONAVIRUS experts are advocating for over-50s to get their booster in order to alleviate demands on the NHS and to reduce the risk of a menacing mutation. Dr Quinton Fivelman, PhD, revealed that Omicron subvariants BA.4 and BA.5 can still infect individuals, even if they have recently recovered from the disease. After the lifting of all restrictions, the virus has been given free rein to spread among the British population.
