Elvis family portrayed in movie ‘aggravated’ not to be invited to premiere ‘Really tacky’

ELVIS family members, who knew The King so intimately they’d spend hours talking with him on his bed upstairs at Graceland, were really frustrated not to be invited to the Elvis movie’s Graceland premiere. Elvis’ cousin Billy Smith, the last surviving original Memphis Mafia member, is portrayed in the biopic and he and his wife Jo – two of the last people to see the singer alive – feel the lack of invitation was because they’re not “sophisticated Hollywood types”.
