Constance Nunes has made a name for herself as not only a super hot chick on Instagram, but also as the sole mechanic featured on Netflix’s popular car remodeling series, Car Masters: Rust to Riches. But where did she get her start?

According to an article shared by Hot Cars earlier this month, some fans of the reality show weren’t initially happy about Nunes’ role on the series and actually suggested that she didn’t do any "real" work.

But Nunes is more than just a pretty face.

Constance Nunes’ Father Was A Mechanic And Race Car Driver

Although Nunes may not look like the stereotypical car mechanic, she’s had a passion for all things automotive since she was a young child working alongside her mechanic father, Ernie Nunes.

Knowing that she’s not exactly what people think of when they think of a mechanic, Nunes describes herself on Instagram as "a glam girl wrenching in a boys world.”

As Hot Cars revealed, Nunes was introduced to cars by her father, who also raced the, and actually started working alongside him in the garage when she was young.

Constance Nunes’ Father Once Fired Her

On social media, Nunes once looked back at the time she spent working with her dad at the garage, saying that when it came to her employment, she didn’t receive any preferential treatment. In fact, she actually got fired at one point. Luckily, despite her firing, Nunes stayed focused on her craft and mastered the trade.

At the beginning of Nunes’ career, she zoned in on her personal builds and frequently visited local shops. Then, as she continued along with the trade, she began working in the service departments of Audi, BMW, Ford, and Acura dealerships.

Constance Nunes Got ‘Babystang’ At 16

While Nunes has worked in a number of different spaces in the automotive world, her current specialty lies in the restorations of classic cars, especially Mustangs.

When she was just 16-years-old, Nunes got a 1964 Ford Mustang that would ultimately become known as “Babystang." And, in the years since, she has poured tons of money and time into the project to make it just as she wants it to be.

In addition to her role on [Car Masters: Rust to Riches], Nunes has also been gaining steam as a model and often combines her love of cars with her photos.

Constance Nunes Has Seen A Lot Of Success As A Model

Since Nunes began modeling, she has worked at several automotive events and participated in numerous successful campaigns. She’s even done print work for several popular brands, including Wrangler, Jockey, Rockstar National Campaign, Kingston Technology, and Feral Cosmetics.

In addition to her print and in-person gigs, Nunes has appeared in commercials for Motorola, Kim Kardashian Hollywood Game, and Kia.
