It’s blasphemous to suggest a sprinter can actually break Usain Bolt’s world record of 19.19 seconds that he set at the 2009 world championships on Berlin. But the idea that American Noah Lyles can do it isn’t so far fetched, writes CBC Sports senior contributor Morgan Campbell.
