Sierra Leone armoury attacked by ‘renegades,’ prisoners broken out

After a period of sustained gunfire and clashes between “renegade soldiers” and police, Sierra Leone says calm has been restored and the soldiers pushed back to the outskirts of the capital, Freetown. There was a nationwide curfew and a closure of the border with neighbouring Guinea.
