Supreme Court won’t hear case of four Canadian men detained in Syria

Sally Lane, mother of Jack Letts, stands on the steps of the Prime MinisterÕs office with supporters in Ottawa on Thursday, May 19, 2022. The federal government has rebuffed an offer from a civil society delegation to travel to northeastern Syria on Ottawa's behalf to repatriate detained Canadians.
