The Beatles’ White Album was used as evidence in Charles Manson murder trial

THE BEATLES’ music was unexpectedly involved in a murder case in the 1960s when killer Charles Manson cited the band’s music as inspiration for his attacks – events which were most recently depicted in Quentin Tarantino’s retelling in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Shortly after the murders, Paul McCartney described the event as “frightening”.
